Online Meeting – GoToMeeting #

Requirement: Active GoToMeeting license

If a new tixxt appointment is created, an online meeting can be created via GoToMeeting in the same step. This requires a corresponding license for GoToMeeting.

Click on ‘New room’ at the top right to start linking the GoToMeeting room with tixxt.

1. Click on the following URL to open the client management in G2M. Here you must log in with the existing GoTo user account: https://developer.logmeininc.com/clients.

2. Then click on the ‘Create new client’ button in the G2M client management (direct link: https://developer.logmeininc.com/clients/clientedit).

Goto_3

3. Next, enter a name for the new client (you can choose any name).

Goto_4

4. Under ‘Forward URL’/’Redirect URL’, enter the value of the ‘Callback URL’ (this can be found in the tixxt administration) and save in G2M by clicking on ‘Next’.

Goto_5

5. Select the respective area (‘GoToMeeting’, ‘GoTo Webinar’ or ‘GoTo Training’) and click on ‘Next’ to save.

Goto_6

6. Copy the values for ‘Client ID’ and ‘Client secret’ from G2M…

7. Enter a descriptive name in the ‘Name’ field. This is displayed to users when they create and join online meeting rooms.

Goto_9

8. In G2M: Select ‘I have saved the client secret’ and click ‘Finish’.

9. In tixxt: Click on ‘Save’.

In tixxt you can now click on ‘save’. After setting this up you should see an overview over your successfully added and active online meeting rooms. To see if a room is active (and can be used), a green symbol will appear in the column ‘active’.

The edit icon to the right of the meeting room can be used to change the name, client ID and client secret. The bin icon deletes the meeting room from the network.
