Manage Tags

Tags can be used within posts or added to posts to structure and categorise content.
The network admin can view all tags that have been used in the network to date in the network administration. The number next to each tag indicates how often it has been used in the network.


Common use cases

Managing tags

It´s easy to evaluate the usage of tags on the network: Clicking on “Frequency” will sort the list of all tags by usage, in descending order. This offers a quick overview of the most used tags. From this you can then decide on how to best leverage this information, for example in external communication / SEO or in internal communication channels. The overview should give you an idea which tags see the most usage. It is up to you to decide if that means that those tags are also the most relevant.

Search tags #

The tag list can be narrowed down using the search function at the top left. The search takes place live and does not have to be submitted.

Filter tags #

Use the filter at the top right to differentiate between used and unused tags. Unused tags can result, for example, if they were attached to a post that has since been deleted.

Delete tags #

Use the bin icon the right to delete individual tags. These tags are then no longer suggested to users when they want to add a tag to their post.
