Legal texts overview #
The legal text created under ‘Legal texts’ must be accepted by every user when they register for the first time.
By clicking on ‘Legal texts’, the network admin first sees an overview of the legal texts already available in their network with information on the last modification date. Each legal text listed here in a separate line must be accepted by users via a corresponding checkbox.
A new entry can be added via the ‘New legal text’ button at the top right.
Edit legal text #
Existing legal texts can be edited via the context menu to the right of the respective entry.
Note: If an existing entry is changed, e.g. because the privacy policy has been updated, users must confirm this change the next time they log in.
