This section provides network administrators an overview of all limits currently available for the network.
Limits for ‘users’ and ‘storage space’ are configured as ‘soft’ limits. This means that even after the limit has been exceeded, additional users and/or new files can be added to the network. However, if the storage space used and/or the number of users on the network is not adjusted to the currently available limit, the next higher limit is automatically activated, resulting in additional costs.
The other limits for tixxtDOCS sessions, sub-communities, groups, administrators and apps cannot be exceeded. Please get in touch with tixxt customer service should you wish to increase a limit.
