Subscribe to the app #
The context menu (three dots) is located at the top right of the app main page. Here you have the option to subscribe to the app.
If a new app entry is made, subscribers to the app automatically receive an email notification about the new entry. Once a user has subscribed to an app, the option to subscribe in the context menu changes to ‘Stop app subscription’. Clicking on this unsubscribes the user from the app, meaning they no longer receive emails when new entries are added.
Export entries #
The context menu (three dots) is located at the top right of the app main page. Here you have the option to export app entries. Clicking on this option leads to a new page where you can generate a data export. If a data export has already been created, it is displayed with the respective update status and can be downloaded as a CSV or XLSX file.
Clicking on one of the two file formats displays the relevant file detail page, where the data export can be downloaded and viewed or edited with tixxtDOCS. You can also find further information here, such as the file size or the creation date.
Edit app #
The context menu (three dots) is located at the top right of the app main page. The respective admin (network or group admin) can edit the app here. Clicking on this takes you to app management.
