If a board app has been created, there is a context menu (three dots) in the top right-hand corner of the individual cards on the board. This menu offers three options: Show card, Edit card, Archive card.
Show card #
Clicking on this opens the detail page of the respective card. You can now see all fields that have been added in the ‘Fields’ tab during app creation/editing.

Edit card #
Clicking on this opens the editing page of the respective card. The pencil icon is located above the relevant fields of the card. Clicking on this opens the editing screen so that the respective fields can be edited.
All the fields that were added for the individual cards in the ‘Fields’ tab are available here. Below the entries are two checkboxes: ‘Send a copy to myself via email’ and ‘Also post this item to the stream’.
If the first checkbox is ticked, the person who created the entry receives a copy of the entry via email. If the second checkbox is ticked, a post is automatically created in the relevant feed. For an app at network level, the post is created in the Global Feed. For an app at group level, this can be found in the feed of the respective group. The design of the post depends on the settings made under ‘Integrations’. By clicking on ‘Save’, the edited entry is saved to the app.
The bin icon is also located above the relevant fields, and can be used to delete a card. Clicking on this opens a dialogue window with a security query to confirm the deletion (‘Are you sure you want to delete this?’). By clicking on ‘OK’, the card is deleted and the main page is displayed.
Archive card #
If you click on this, the relevant card is removed from the board view. It can now be accessed via the board context menu under ‘archive’.
Call up archive #
The archive is located under the option ‘Archive’ in the board context menu. Click on it to display the board archive. Here you can find the same columns as in the actual board, including all archived cards. More information on archiving can be found on the individual archived cards.
In the card’s context menu, there are options to show, edit and restore the archived card. If you select the last option, the card disappears from the archive and can be found on the actual board in the relevant column.
