Requirements: none
The file main page consists of the following components:
- Folder name, e.g. context, including the breadcrumb navigation option
- Upload files and create new folders
- File list
- Customised search for file profiles or folder profiles, if applicable
Batch-processing files #
You can select multiple files in the file list using the checkboxes to the left of the files. You also have the option to select all files at the same time by ticking the box at the top left next to ‘File Name’ in the table’s header.
Batch-processing: Download files #
After ticking at least one box, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen offering the option to download the selection made. After clicking on ‘Download’, the selected file will be saved to the computer as a zip file.
Batch-processing: Move files #
After ticking at least one box, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen offering the option to move the selected files. After clicking on ‘Move’, a window opens in which you can navigate through the network’s folder structure until you find the desired new location for the file or files. Click on ‘Select folder’ to move the relevant files accordingly.
Batch-processing: Delete files #
After ticking at least one box, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen offering the option to delete the selected files. After clicking on ‘Delete’ a confirmation query appears. Confirming this action will permanently delete the selected files.
