This function provides an overview of the appointments to which the user has been invited. Various filters show the different statuses of the appointments.
The ‘Invitations’ item can be found in the left-hand context bar of the appointments module. The first tab in this view is ‘Open’. Clicking on this shows all invitations to appointment to which the user has been invited by other users but has not yet accepted or declined. If there is an invitation to a repeating appointment, this is indicated by the repeating appointment interval including the start date.
- The ‘Attending’ tab contains all the appointments that the user has accepted but have not yet taken place.
- The ‘Attended’ tab contains all the appointments that the user has accepted and which have already taken place.
- The ‘Declined’ tab contains all the appointments that the user has declined.
- The ‘Expired’ tab contains all the appointments to which the user was invited but which have since taken place without a reaction from the user.
- The ‘Cancelled’ tab contains all the appointments to which the user received an invitation but were subsequently cancelled. In this case, it is irrelevant whether the user accepted the invitation or not.
