Requirements: To subscribe to calendars, an access token must be set in the user profile under ‘Account & password’.
You can subscribe to calendars in order to integrate them into external calendar programs, e.g. Outlook or iCal, to make the associated appointments visible there. If a calendar is integrated into an external calendar program using this function, all appointments can also be found there and are synchronised at regular intervals. Please bear in mind that synchronisation only takes place unilaterally from the network calendar to the external calendar program (not vice versa).
You can access the ‘Subscribe to calendar’ function via the context menu 
at the top right next to ‘New appointment’.
On the ‘Subscribe to calendars’ page, you can select either entire calendar collections or individual calendars whose appointments should be subscribed to in an external calendar program.
The ‘Subscribe to calendars’ button opens a new window with the URL of the respective calendar or calendar collection so that you can open it in an external calendar program.
If it is a calendar collection, all calendars in the collection are listed in the window below the URL for information.
