Statistics

Requirements: The group statistics have been enabled in the network administration for the section in which the group is located.

Date range #

Using the dropdown at the top of the statistics section, you can set a date range for which all the key figures below are to be calculated. You can either select a standard date range or select ‘Custom’ and choose your own date range using the date picker.

Data source (web, app, total) #

The dropdown next to the date range can be used to define the data source from which the statistics are displayed. This allows a clear distinction to be made between ‘Web’ and ‘App’. Selecting ‘Total’ displays the data from the web and app combined.

Export #

At the top right is the option to export the statistics for the selected date range in order to continue working with the data elsewhere. You can choose between exporting the data as an Excel file or as a CSV file.

User #

The first tab under tixxt statistics contains the user statistics.

The ‘User activity’ graph displays the active and interacting users per day for the selected date range. Hover over any data point to view the numerical values of the respective day.

By clicking on the value ‘Total users’ (not displayed in the standard version), you can compare the active and interacting users to all group members. A further graph appears showing the total users of the group.

You can also find information below the graph on how many new group memberships have been added in the selected date range and how many users have left or been removed from the group during this time. There are also details about the number of interacting, active and passive users. These numbers indicate how many different people have visited the group in the selected date range. Several visits by the same user are only counted once.

Active users #

Number of users that were active in this group within the chosen date range. This includes interacting users.

Interacting users #

Users that have logged in to your network and completed at least one of these activities in your group in the chosen date range:

  • Created a post or comment
  • ‘Liked’ a post or comment
  • Created or added an answer
  • Voted in a poll
  • Uploaded a file or a new version of a file
  • Created an appointment or accepted or declined an appointment invitation

Interacting users are included in the active users.

Passive users #

Users that receive digest emails excluding the active and interacting users.

Unique users #

These numbers indicate how many different users have visited the group in the selected date range. Several visits by the same user are only counted once.

Activities #

The second tab under group statistics contains the activities.

The first item shows the total number of activities that took place in the selected date range. The following are counted as activities:

  • Created comments

In the ‘Activity distribution– Total’ graph, all activities that took place in the selected date range are broken down into the respective activity type.

The table below shows the numerical values for each activity type.

The date the appointment has been created on can vary from the chosen date range. Additional information is also provided on how many invitations were issued for the appointments created. This is then broken down by the number of accepted, declined and unanswered invitations, with the value given both numerically and as a percentage.
