Health Check

Requirements: tixxtCloud Business, individualCloud Enterprise, individualCloudMaxx

In the ‘Health Check’ section of network administration, the network admin is given an overview of all member organisations within the network. These functions support network administrators in better assessing the activity and engagement of the member organisations. Relevant key figures reveal how intensively individual organisations use the network and how their activity is evolving. Health checks also serve as an early warning system: Declining usage or inactivity is detected at an early stage.

Member organisations #

Network administrators can view the member organisations of the network here. The menu item is structured as follows:

Update metrics #

The ‘Update all’ button can be used to update the metrics of all organisations. In addition, network admins can see when the last update took place.

Search bar #

Network admins can use the search bar to search for specific member organisations.

New member organisation #

Network admins can create additional member organisations via the button ‘New member organisation’. After clicking on the button, the network admin can enter the name of the member organisation. Users can be assigned to the organisation via ‘Add users’.

The area below these functions is divided into eight columns. Each column contains one item:

  • Health: The health score shows how well the respective organisation is integrated into the network and how well members can be reached. This helps network admins assess whether all information is reaching employees of the organisation reliably and where there is room for improvement.
  • Organisation: Shows the name of the member organisation to which all subsequent key figures refer.
  • Invitations: Shows the number of users from this member organisation who have accepted their invitation.
  • Registered: Shows the number of users from this member organisation who have actively registered in the network.
  • Groups: Shows the total number of group memberships of registered and invited users of the member organisation.
  • No groups: Shows the number of all users from the member organisation who are not assigned to any group.
  • Channels: Shows the number of all channel subscriptions of the users of this member organisation.
  • Reachable: Shows the percentage of users who actually receive content, as they are registered, belong to groups, and/or receive email digests.

Member organisation settings #

Clicking on the name of the member organisation in the member organisation overview opens a new main page. This allows network admins to view all users of this organisation. The following information is available:

  • User: Name and position
  • Email address
  • Profile: The indicator shows to what degree the users profile data has been filled in.
  • Groups: Number of group memberships
  • Channels: Number of channel subscriptions
  • EMDs: Shows whether the user receives email digests.
  • Registration status

The button to the right of the user information opens a context menu. This menu contains the following functions:

Similar to ‘Manager users’

  • Edit account & profile
  • Edit group memberships
  • Assign Channels
  • Apply membership roles
  • Convert to a guest user/standard user
  • Reset two-factor authentication
  • Suspend user
  • Delete membership

Additional functions:

  • Assign member organisation
  • Remove from member organisation
  • Designate as contact person: Network admins can specify a contact person for the member organisation here. This person will then be identified accordingly.

Network admins can also search for specific users in the search bar at the top and assign additional network users to the member organisation via ‘Add user’.

The button to the right of ‘Add user’ can be used to change the name of the member organisation or delete the member organisation. Deleting a member organisation removes all recorded metrics.

Unassigned #

Network admins can see all users who have not yet been assigned to a member organisation here. They can search for specific users and assign them to an existing member organisation using the ‘Assign member organisation’ button.

Settings #

Here network admins can define the profile field for user position. This field will then be visible in the overview of users of a member organisation.
