Requirements: Confirmed membership in the network.
To login into a network, you must enter the email address with which you registered in the network and the corresponding password under ‘Sign in’.
In the ‘Password’ line, the user has the option to display the password in plain text by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon. Clicking the same icon again will display the password as encrypted.
Once both fields have been filled in with the correct account and password, click on ‘Login’ and you will be redirected to the platform home page.
If multilingual support has been activated on the network, users can select their preferred network language via the ‘Translate’ icon in the top right-hand corner. After logging in, the interface will be displayed in the selected language. The registration process (see ‘Registration’ below) will also be carried out in the selected language, if applicable.
Remember me #
Before logging in, you have the option to select ‘Remember me’. This extends the active session and therefore it is not necessary to re-enter your account and password for 14 days.
Session times:
- Login without ‘Remember me’: 6 hours
- Login with ‘Remember me’: 14 days
Forgot password #
If you have forgotten your password, you can generate a new one by clicking on the ‘Forgot password?’ link. The process works like this:
1. Click on ‘Forgot password?’
2. Enter the email address with which you are registered in the network and click on the ‘Send instructions’ button.
3. If there is a user for the specified email address, an email is sent to revert the password
4. You receive the email with a link to set a new password; click on the link.
5. Set a new password according to the required criteria and then confirm by clicking on ‘Set password’ to end the process
Once the new password has been set, you will be logged in and taken to the network home page. If multilingual support has been activated on the network, the registration process will be carried out in the language selected by the user via the ‘Translate’ icon in the upper right-hand corner.

The registration option can be found on the network login page if this has been configured by the network admin.

Registration without moderation #
1. Click on ‘Sign up’
2. Enter the email address with which the user account is to be created
3. Create a password that meets the required criteria (the user has the option to display the password in plain text by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon)
4. Verify the password by re-entering it under ‘Confirm password’ (the user can also display the password in plain text here by clicking on the eye symbol).
6. Accept the legal texts and the terms of use as applicable.
7. Click on ‘Sign up’
7. Receive an email with a link to confirm your account and password
8. Click on this link to be forwarded to the login page
9. Enter the previously entered access data (email address and password)
10. Click on the ‘Login’ button
Depending on the network settings, your profile fields may need to be completed during the registration process and/or you may need to complete the group promotion.
Registration with moderation #
The process works like this:
1. Click on ‘Sign up’
2. Enter the email address with which the user account is to be created
3. Create a password that meets the required criteria (the user has the option to display the password in plain text by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon)
4. Verify the password by re-entering it under ‘Confirm password’ (the user can also display the password in plain text here by clicking on the eye symbol).
5. Accept the legal texts and the terms of use as applicable.
6. Click on ‘Sign up’
7. Receive an email with a link to confirm your account and password
8. Click on this link to be forwarded to the login page
9. Enter the previously entered access data (email address and password)
10. Click on the ‘Login’ button
11. The following page contains the message: ‘Please be patient – your join request has been noted. We will notify you with an answer.’
12. The network admins are notified of the request. If the request is approved, a confirmation email is sent to the user
or
if the administrator rejects the membership request, the user receives an email informing them accordingly.
Once the membership request has been accepted, the user can log in via the login page and join network.
Depending on the network settings, your profile fields may need to be completed during the registration process and/or you may need to complete the group promotion.
Consumer registration #
Requirements: The network has consumers active. Available as of the ‘tixxt Enterprise’, ‘IndividualCloud Enterprise’ and ‘IndividualCloud Maxx’ service package levels.
Consumers are users who have already been created in tixxt through synchronisation with a CRM, for example, or through a data import, but who have not yet registered. Consumers can also be sent email digests before they register.
Via the ‘Consumer registration’ link, these users have the opportunity to fully register in the network.
To do this, consumers enter their email address in the relevant field and click on ‘Send link’ to trigger an email.
Consumers then use the link in the email to set a password and register.
- Click on ‘Join network’ in the email
- In addition to the email address already stored in the system, a password must be set according to the required criteria (with a confirmation). Once confirmed, click on ‘Join network’

Didn’t receive confirmation email? #
If a confirmation email is not received after registration, another email can be triggered via the ‘Didn’t receive a confirmation email?’ link.
To do this, the user enters their email address in the relevant field and clicks on ‘Resend confirmation email’ to trigger a new email.
