Requirements:

Customisable profile fields: tixxt Business, tixxt Enterprise, IndividualCloud Enterprise, IndividualCloud Maxx
The user profile of each user can be called up by clicking on the user name.

Call up information #
Requirements: none
The ‘Information’ page is divided into three areas: The “Information” tab, which displays profile information, the “Groups” tab for group memberships, and the “Channels” tab for subscribed channels.
The ‘Information’ tab contains all the data entered in the user’s profile. This depends on the profile fields available in the profile. The following profile fields are available by default:
- Salutation
- Title
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- About me
- Position
- Company/Organisation
- Department/Area
- Address (work address)
- Phone number (work phone)
- Email (work email)
- Other phone number
- Address
- Link to XING/LinkedIn Profile
- Website/Blog
Data is only displayed on the ‘Information’ page if the corresponding data has been entered in the profile fields. Empty fields are not displayed.
The ‘About me’ profile field is a special feature. If this has been completed, it is displayed prominently at the top of the user profile.
The user’s group memberships can be found in the ‘Groups’ tab. These are organised according to the corresponding sections within which the respective groups are located. The display of the respective groups is linked, allowing you to click on the group name to immediately call up the group profile of the corresponding group.
Groups with the status ‘Hidden’ or ‘Sensitive’ do not appear in this list.
The “Channels” tab contains the channels that the user has subscribed to and channels for which the user has admin rights.
Call up posts #
Requirements: none
Clicking on ‘Posts’ in the left-hand context menu takes you to a feed of all posts that you have written as an author. These are subject to the usual permission structure. Other users viewing the profile can only see posts from groups in which they also have a membership.
In this feed, all interactions, e.g. comments, ‘likes’ and the options in the context menu of the respective post are also possible as usual.
Common use cases
Click on “Posts” in your own profile to get an overview of the content you posted. This makes it easy to find your own content and tags. Also, it should give you an idea of which initiatives you started yourself.
Call up ‘Likes’ #
Requirements: none
Clicking on ‘Like’ in the left-hand context menu takes you to a history of all posts that you have liked.
Here too, only posts for which the user viewing the profile has permission can be seen.
In this feed, all interactions, e.g. comments & ‘likes’ as well as the options from the context menu of the respective post are available as usual.
Compose direct message #
Requirements: The ‘Direct message’ module is activated on the network.
You can find the ‘Direct message’ button next to the context menu at the top right of the ‘Information’ page of the user profile. By clicking on it, a new direct message opens in which the user of the previously selected user profile is already entered as the recipient.
A direct message can now be sent to this user and others if they are added as additional recipients.
Add to favourites #
Requirements: To be able to view the favourites, an admin must have added the ‘Favourites’ widget to the widget bar.
You can find the option ‘Add’ button in the context menu at the top right of the ‘Information’ page of the user profile.
This is used to add the selected user to a personal favourites list in the widget bar. This feature makes it possible to quickly find users with whom you have regular contact so that you can interact with them.
Subscribe to a user’s posts #
Requirements: none
You can find the ‘Subscribe’ option in the context menu at the top right of the ‘Information’ page of the user profile.
If this is activated, you receive an email notification for every post created by the subscribed user.
Show user on map #
Requirements: tixxt Business, tixxt Enterprise, tixxtCloud Business, IndividualCloud Enterprise, IndividualCloud Maxx
You can find the ‘Map view’ option in the context menu at the top right of the ‘Information’ page of the user profile.
Clicking on this opens the map view for users. The selected user is marked on the map if they have entered an address in their profile.
Report user #
Requirements: none
You can find the ‘Report user’ option in the context menu at the top right of the ‘Information’ page of the user profile.
If the selected user has made a negative impression or there are problems with this user, they can be reported by using this button. A report form opens in which the type of problem and, if applicable, details of the problem can be entered. After submitting the form, all network admins receive a corresponding notification by email.
